Refund Policy

Returns

Eligibility: You may return items within 14days of receiving your order. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original packaging with all tags attached.

Cancelation: You cant't cancel your Pre Order!

Return Process: To initiate a return, please contact us at support@odyseeaesthetics.de with your order number and reason for the return. We will provide you with instructions on how to proceed.

Refunds

Processing Time: Refunds will be processed within 14 days after we receive your returned item. The refund will be issued to your original payment method.

Shipping Costs: Unfortunately, shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Exchanges

Exchange Process: If you would like to exchange an item for a different size or color, please follow the same return process and specify your exchange request in your email.

Availability: Exchanges are subject to stock availability. If the requested item is not available, we will notify you and process your refund instead.
